On the Spelling of Shawarma.
- Alex: As far as I know, 'schwarma' should be spelled 'shawarma'.
- Louise: There seem to be several spellings, including shwarma, chawarma, shawarma and schwarma. We went for the latter, though I think you’re right that shawarma is probably the most common.
